REMOTE NETWORK SETUP

One (1) router configuration . Up to two (2) devices will be configured to connect to your wireless network. Service also includes testing full functionality.
Printer Installation
$35 per device
Full printer installation with correct drivers and final testing for full functionality.
Software Setup and Support
$35
We'll setup or troubleshoot one software application.
We will help you install and configure one software application on one computer. (Software sold separately.)
We'll activate your software if necessary, and install any critical updates.
We'll configure the software to your specifications.
We can also set up a desktop shortcut, a Start Menu item, and an icon on the Quick Launch toolbar if you'd like.
Operating System Maintenance/Upgrade
$35
remotely find and remove unnecessary software, optimize your web browser,
perform any operating system updates and/or upgrades (cost for any OS upgrades not included),
install one security software application (cost of software not included),
and make sure your operating system is running at peak performance.
Onsite Mobile Services
Performed onsite or via shipping.
Virus Removal & Operating System Repair

We'll troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues. If additional or upgraded hardware is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost. *
Whole Home Network Setup

We'll setup and configure 1 home router and all devices (up to 20 devices) *
